Genice "Genny" Maroc has stepped down as CEO of Marengo (Iowa) Memorial Hospital, according to a Springfield News-Leader news report.
Ms. Maroc has served as Marengo Memorial's CEO since 2002 and is leaving her post to serve as vice president and administrator of Cox Monett (Mo.) Hospital.
