Ottumwa (Iowa) Regional Health Center has named Phil Dionne CEO of the hospital, effective July 5, according to a news release from RegionalCare, parent company of ORHC.
Most recently, Mr. Dionne served as CEO at Heartland Regional Medical Center in Marion, Ill., since 2009. During that time, he recruited six physicians in cardiology, pulmonary, cardio thoracic surgery and urology, forged a referral relationship with a local primary care group and implemented new quality processes to meet Joint Accreditation regulations.
Mr. Dionne has also served as CEO of several hospitals including Holy Cross Hospital in Chicago, Ill., St. Joseph Hospital in Reading, Pa., and Memorial Hospital in Woodstock, Ill.
