Omer Awan has been named vice president and CIO of Seattle-based Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center.
In this role, Mr. Awan will oversee the cancer center's IT initiatives and strategy, according to a Sept. 4 LinkedIn post from Fred Hutchinson.
Mr. Awan will step into the role Sept. 25.
