Loretta Ortiz y Pino, MD, has been appointed CMO of Holy Cross Hospital in Taos, N.M., according to a Taos News report.
Dr. Ortiz y Pino is the former co-owner of Taos (N.M.) Clinic for Children and Youth and co-founder of Sustainable Health Innovations, which offers educational workshops for physicians and nurses. She has provided pediatric care at Taos-Picuris Pueblo Indian Health Clinic and Holy Cross Hospital's emergency room.
