William Holmes has been named president and CEO of Moses-Ludington Hospital in Ticonderoga, N.Y., effective Oct. 31, according to a Press Republican report.
Mr. Holmes joins Moses-Ludington from Quorum Health Resources, a hospital management company based in Brentwood, Tenn. In addition to serving at the helm of Moses-Ludington, Mr. Holmes has also been appointed a vice president within the Fletch Allen Health Care system, which helps oversee operations at and has an affiliation agreement with Moses-Ludington.
