Darwin Remboldt has announced his immediate retirement as president of Simi Valley (Calif.) Hospital, according to a Ventura County Star report.
Mr. Remboldt was appointed as the hospital's president by its parent company, Roseville, Calif.-based Adventist Health in 2008. He was also president and CEO of Simi Valley from 1984 to 1989.
Mr. Remboldt cites personal and family health as reasons for his retirement.
