Cone Health in Greensboro, N.C., has announced that CFO Ken Boggs intends to retire Jan. 1, 2013, according to a Business Journal report.
Mr. Boggs has been with Cone Health for more than 27 years. He has served as CFO since July 2010. Mr. Boggs has also served as assistant director of finance, vice president of patient care management, vice president of quality and vice president of supply chain during his tenure with Cone Health.
Cone Health will be managed by Charlotte, N.C.-based Carolinas HealthCare System beginning Oct. 1, and the health system will work with Cone Health to find Mr. Boggs' replacement, according to the report.
