Englewood, Colo.-based Catholic Health Initiatives has reorganized its top three executive positions, adding responsibilities to the current duties of the CEO, COO and CFO.
Kevin Lofton, president and CEO, "will dedicate his leadership and focus in the future to CHI's strategic direction and growth initiatives," according to the news release.
Mr. Lofton appointed Michael Rowan, CHI's executive vice president and COO, as president of health system delivery and Dean Swindle, executive vice president for business services and CFO, as president of enterprise business lines.
All three executives will continue to serve in their C-suite roles in addition to their new positions.
