Cadence Health in Winfield, Ill., has named Michael Vivoda as CEO, effective July 1, according to a Crain's Chicago Business report.
Mr. Vivoda will succeed Luke McGuinness, who plans to retire as CEO at the end of year.
Mr. Vivoda most recently served as executive vice president of Cadence Health and president of Central DuPage Hospital in Winfield. Prior to joining Central DuPage, he was CEO of Loyola University Physician Foundation in Westchester, Ill.
