Jack Ziffer, MD, PhD, has been named CEO of Miami-based Baptist Health Medical Group, a 120-physician group integrated with Baptist Health South Florida. He is the first person to hold this role.
Dr. Ziffer is a radiologist and nuclear medicine physician and a long-time member of Baptist Health. He has served as president and CEO of Radiology Associates of South Florida and chief of radiology at Baptist Hospital in Miami.
Dr. Ziffer earned his PhD in molecular biology from The Rockefeller University in New York City and his medical degree from the University of Miami.
