1. Memorial Hospital, a nonprofit 25-bed critical access hospital in North Conway, N.H., selected Kris Dascoulias, BSN, RN, to serve as CNO.
2. Southwestern Vermont Health Care in Bennington named Pamela M. Duchene, PhD, vice president of patient care services and CNO.
3. CHI St. Vincent named Gerry Jones, MD, CMO of CHI St. Vincent Infirmary in Little Rock, Ark.
4. Columbus, Ohio-based Mount Carmel Health System has selected Jerry Mansfield, PhD, RN, to serve as CNO, effective Jan. 27.
5. Jasper, Ind.-based Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center named Lori Persohn, RN, MSN, BSN, vice president of patient services and CNO.
6. The Medical Center of Aurora (Colo.) named Philip Stahel, MD, CMO of the medical center and Spalding Rehabilitation Hospital, effective Feb. 16.
7. Ernesto Vazquez, MD, is joining the MercyOne Population Health Services Organization as CMO.
