1. John Adlesich, CEO of South Big Horn County Hospital in Basin, Wyo., submitted a 60-day notice of resignation to the hospital board in February.
2. Somerset, Ky.-based Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital CEO Tim Bess resigned March 5.
3. Kenny Boyd, president and CEO of McDonough District Hospital in Macomb, Ill., resigned in June.
4. David Brandon, president and CEO of UnityPoint Health-Dubuque (Iowa), resigned, effective June 1.
5. Crystal River, Fla.-based Seven Rivers Regional Medical Center CEO Austin Brown is departing for a new role at Bayfront Health St. Petersburg (Fla.), effective April 20.
6. Shannon Brown, CEO of Huntsville (Texas) Memorial Hospital, resigned.
7. Cooperstown, N.Y.-based Bassett Healthcare Network President and CEO Vance M. Brown, MD, resigned April 20.
8. Chad Campbell, CEO of McKenzie-Willamette Medical Center in Springfield, Ore., resigned for a new job opportunity.
9. Joan Coffman, president and CEO of HSHS St. Mary's Hospital in Decatur, Ill., resigned, effective July 13.
10. Slidell (La.) Memorial Hospital CEO Bill Davis decided not to renew his contract when it expires at the end of 2018.
11. Justin Davis, CEO of Scranton, Pa.-based Moses Taylor Hospital and Regional Hospital of Scranton, resigned June 5.
12. Kelly Duke, CEO of Deming, N.M.-based Mimbres Memorial Hospital, abruptly resigned June 7.
13. Morgantown, W.Va.-based Mon Health President and CEO Darryl Duncan resigned, effective March 19.
14. Asheboro, N.C.-based Randolph Health CEO Steven E. Eblin is resigning, effective Oct. 2.
15. Chicago-based Presence Health President and CEO Michael Englehart resigned, effective March 30.
16. Ron Gleason, CEO of Mineral Community Hospital in Superior, Mont., tendered his resignation in May.
17. Panama City, Fla.-based Bay Medical Sacred Heart CEO Steve Grubbs resigned, effective Feb. 19.
18. Whiteville, N.C.-based Columbus Regional Healthcare System CEO Carla Hollis resigned for a new job at new behavioral health and substance abuse hospital in Raleigh, N.C.
19. Nathan Howell, president and CEO of Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center in Ogdensburg, N.Y., resigned for a new job opportunity, effective May 11.
20. University of Mississippi Medical Center-Grenada CEO Don Hutson tendered his resignation in February.
21. Kirby Johnson, CEO of Davis County Hospital in Bloomfield, Iowa, departed for another job April 1.

48. Lauri Tanner, president and CEO of Ranken Jordan Pediatric Bridge Hospital in Maryland Heights, Mo., resigned after the hospital board discovered she and other executives had violated the hospital's paid time off policy.
49. Flagstaff-based Northern Arizona Healthcare President and CEO Rob Thames resigned March 26.
50. Carson City, Mich.-based Sparrow Carson Hospital's President and CEO Matthew Thompson left his post just 10 days after CMS threatened to revoke the hospital's Medicare funding over infection control concerns.
51. Bob Trautman, CEO of Saline Memorial Hospital in Benton, Ark., resigned June 26.
52. Carlyle Walton, president and CEO of Killeen, Texas-based Metroplex Health System, resigned.
53. Portland-based Oregon Health & Science University Healthcare CEO Mitch Wasden resigned after a little over a year into his tenure.
