- North Hills Hospital in North Richland Hills, Texas, named Xavier Villarreal CEO.
- Englewood (N.J.) Hospital and Medical Center appointed Kathleen Kaminsky, RN, senior vice president and chief population health officer.
- Nacogdoches (Texas) Medical Center named Jeff Patterson CEO.
- Sue Schade resigned from her position as CIO of University of Michigan Health System in Ann Arbor to join Cleveland-based University Hospitals as interim CIO.
- Tallulah Holmstrom, MD, was appointed CMO of Carolina Pines Regional Medical Center in Hartsville, S.C., and KershawHealth in Camden, S.C.
- Chuck Orlando was named interim CEO of Sylvan Grove Hospital in Jackson, Ga., and its sister facility, Griffin, Ga.-based Spalding Regional Hospital.
- Robert "Bob" Fisher, FACHE, FHFMA, joined El Dorado, Kan.-based Susan B. Allen Memorial Hospital as interim CFO due to the retirement of Robin Crawford, FHFMA, who served there for the past seven years.
- Brentwood, Tenn.-based LifePoint Health appointed J.L. Osei Mevs chief of staff.
- Houston Methodist Willowbrook Hospital named Nancy Keenan, RN, MSN, vice president and CNO.
- McLaren Macomb in Mount Clemens, Mich., hired Brian Balutanski as CFO.
- Miami Cancer Institute at Baptist Health South Florida, which is scheduled to open in 2016, named three new executives. Jeff Boyd, PhD, was named director of translational research and genomic medicine. Leonard Kalman, MD, was named deputy medical director and chief clinical officer. Michele Ryder, RN, was named COO/CNO.

- Montefiore Health System, based in Bronx, N.Y., appointed Colleen Blye executive vice president and CFO.
