The Clearwater, Fla.-based security awareness training provider aggregated information on the most-clicked email subject lines from its simulated phishing tests conducted during the second quarter of 2017.
Here are the 10 most-clicked phishing email subject lines.
1. Security Alert — 21 percent
2. Revised Vacation & Sick Time Policy — 14 percent

"The subject lines we are reporting here actually made it through all the corporate filters and into the inbox of an employee," said Perry Carpenter, chief evangelist and strategy officer at KnowBe4. "Ultimately this means that a company's 'human firewall' is an essential element of organizational security because people truly are the last line of defense."
