ONC Launches EHR Accessibility Module Challenge to Assist People With Disabilities

The Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology has launched the EHR Accessibility Module Challenge, according to a Health IT Buzz report.

The mobile app challenge is designed to create a module or application that can help people with disabilities easily access their health information from their electronic health records.

Submissions are due July 23, and the winner will receive $60,000.
