Albuquerque, N.M.-based Molina Healthcare has notified 5,261 former patients their personal information was compromised when a printer contractor sent out postcards containing their personal information, according to an Albuquerque Journal report.
The postcards were sent by the contractor in March. The postcards contained tracking numbers that included the Social Security numbers of the affected former patients, according to the report.
As a result of the breach, Molina Healthcare is offering one year of free identity protection services to all of those affected, according to the report.
