Here are seven recent health IT vendor contracts and go-lives:
1. Six more hospitals and clinics — including Leon, Iowa-based Decatur County Hospital and Portland-based Oregon Health & Science University — signed on to Apple's health records project.
2. Redding, Calif.-based Remi Vista, a nonprofit organization that offers behavioral health services, will deploy Cerner technology across its facilities in Northern California.
3. BridgePoint Healthcare, a Washington, D.C.-based post-acute care provider, plans to implement an enterprise EHR platform from HCS.
4. Boys Town (Neb.) National Research Hospital plans to go live on Expanse, a web-based EMR from Meditech.
5. Brookhaven, Miss.-based King's Daughters Medical Center is one of the first hospitals in the U.S. to implement Meditech's Expanse Point of Care software.
6. The Arkansas Department of Human Services entered into an agreement with Medsphere Systems Corp. to implement its IT solutions at Arkansas State Hospital in Little Rock.
7. Under a new partnership, PatientPing will notify coordinators at Medicaid managed care company NextLevel Health when one of their health plan members visits a healthcare facility.
