21 States With Telemedicine Parity Laws

Last month, Tennessee became the 21st state to enact a telemedicine parity law. Now, health insurers are required to cover services delivered remotely via telemedicine at the same rate as the same service delivered in person.

The other 20 states with telemedicine party laws include the following, according to the American Telemedicine Association:
