Fitch Ratings assigned Carson City, Nev.-based Carson Tahoe Health System an issuer default rating of "BBB+" and affirmed its "BBB+" ratings for outstanding bonds issued by Carson City.
The ratings reflect the system's dominant local market position and strong cash flow. While Fitch acknowledges that liquidity growth has been slightly less than expected in the last year, it expects Carson Tahoe to achieve a financial profile more in line with its rating over the next year.
The rating outlook is positive.
