Matt Nealon serves as the vice president and CFO of the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, a position he was appointed to in 2013.
AS CFO, Mr. Nealon, oversees operational responsibilities for UC Medical Center's financial services, including budget management, medical records, registration, access, case management, utilization review, transfer center, coding, forecasting, Medicare reimbursement and decision support.
He has assisted in the development of system-wide strategic initiatives and goals and developed complementary strategic goals in capital and labor management
Before joining UC Medical Center, Mr. Nealon served as the divisional vice president for Cincinnati-based Mercy Health, where he helped increase the acute net/net revenue to more than $1 billion in 2012.
