1. Moody's revises NorthShore University HealthSystem outlook to negative
Moody's Investors Service revised its rating outlook for Evanston, Il.-based NorthShore University HealthSystem from stable to negative, and affirmed its "Aa2" and "Aa2/VMIG 1" ratings.
2. S&P assigns 'AA/A-1+' rating to Mayo Clinic
S&P Global Ratings assigned an "AA/A-1+" long-term rating to Rochester, Minn.-based Mayo Clinic's series 2011B revenue bonds and a "A-1+" commercial paper rating to its series 2011A bonds.
3. Moody's affirms 'A1' rating for Children's Hospital of Alabama
Moody's Investors Service affirmed its "A1" rating for Birmingham-based Children's Hospital of Alabama, affecting $153 million of outstanding revenue bonds.
4. Moody's assigns 'Aa3' rating to UW Health's proposed bonds
Moody's Investors Service assigned an "Aa3/VMIG 1" rating to Madison, Wis.-based UW Health's proposed variable rate demand revenue refunding bonds.

Fitch Ratings assigned its "BBB-" issuer default rating to Flint, Mich.-based Hurley Medical Center. Concurrently, the credit agency affirmed its "BBB-" rating on the medical center's outstanding bonds.

Fitch Ratings affirmed its "BB+" rating on Philadelphia-based Temple University Health System. Concurrently, the credit agency assigned its "BB+" issuer default rating to the health system.
7. S&P downgrades Jackson-Madison County General Hospital to 'A'
S&P Global Ratings downgraded Jackson-Madison County General Hospital, based in Jackson, Tenn., to "A" from "A+." The hospital does business as West Tennessee Healthcare.
8. Fitch assigns 'A-' rating to Prisma Health
Fitch Ratings assigned its "A-" issuer default rating to Prisma Health, the new brand name of the merged Greenville (S.C.) Health System and Columbia, S.C.-based Palmetto Health.
