The following hospital and health system rating and outlook changes and affirmations took place during the past week, starting with the most recent.

1. Moody's assigns 'A3' ratings to St. Luke's University Health Networks bonds
Moody's Investors Service assigned "A3" ratings to $55 million of Bethlehem, Pa.-based St. Luke's University Health Network's series 2015A fixed rate bonds and $20 million of series 2015B floating rate bonds.

2. Moody's affirms St. Charles Health System's 'A2' bond ratings
Moody's Investors Service affirmed the "A2" ratings assigned to Bend, Ore.-based St. Charles Health System's revenue bonds, affecting approximately $148 million of revenue bonds issued by the Deschutes County Hospital Facilities Authority.

3. Fitch assigns 'AA' rating to New York and Presbyterian Hospital's bonds
Fitch Ratings assigned an "AA" rating on up to $750 million of series 2015 taxable bonds issued on behalf of the New York and Presbyterian Hospital.

4. Fitch rates HCA's senior notes
Fitch Ratings assigned a "BB-" rating to Nashville, Tenn.-based Hospital Corporation of America's $750 million of senior notes.

5. Fitch: Hurley Medical Center's outlook is positive
Fitch Ratings affirmed the "BB+" rating assigned to bonds issued on behalf of 443-bed Hurley Medical Center, a safety-net teaching hospital in Flint, Mich., and revised the hospital's outlook from stable to positive.

6. Moody's affirms Forrest County General Hospital's 'A2' rating
Moody's Investors Service affirmed the "A2" rating assigned to Hattiesburg, Miss.-based Forrest County General Hospital's series 2009 and 2010 fixed rate revenue bonds.

7. Moody's assigns 'A2' ratings to MedStar Health's bonds
Moody's Investors Service assigned 'A2' ratings to Columbia, Md.-based MedStar Health's $255.91 million of series 2015 fixed rate refunding bonds and to $103 million of series 2015 fixed rate taxable bonds.

8. Moody's: Doctors Community Hospital's outlook is no longer negative
Moody's Investors Service affirmed the "Baa3" rating on Lanham, Md.-based Doctors Community Hospital's approximately $145 million of outstanding bonds and revised the hospital's outlook to stable from negative.

9. Moody's rates Seattle Children's Healthcare System's series 2015 bonds
Moody's Investors Service assigned "Aa2" ratings to Seattle Children's Healthcare System's $272 million of series 2015 fixed rate revenue bonds.

10. Moody's assigns rating to The Queen's Health System's bonds
Moody's Investors Service assigned "A1" and "A1/P-1" ratings to $403 million of Honolulu-based The Queen's Health System's series 2015 revenue bonds to be issued by the Department of Budget and Finance of the State of Hawaii.

11. Moody's assigns 'A1' rating to Rush University Medical Center's bonds
Moody's Investors Service assigned an "A1" rating to Chicago-based Rush University Medical Center Obligated Group's $410.5 million of series 2015A and $91.4 million of series 2015B fixed rate revenue bonds, which are to be issued by the Illinois Finance Authority.

12. Moody's affirms Southwest General Health Center's bond rating
Moody's Investors Service affirmed Middleburg Heights, Ohio-based Southwest General Health Center's "A2" bond rating.

13. Moody's affirms Middlesex Hospital's long-term bond rating
Moody's Investors Service affirmed Middletown, Conn.-based Middlesex Hospital's "A2" long-term bond rating on $62.3 million of outstanding fixed rate bonds.

14. Moody's downgrades Partners HealthCare's bond rating
Moody's Investors Service assigned "Aa3" ratings to Boston-based Partners HealthCare System's $580 million of series 2015 bonds and downgraded the ratings on the system's existing debt to "Aa3" and "Aa3/VMIG 1" from "Aa2" and "Aa2/VMIG 1."

15. Moody's assigns 'A2' rating to Peninsula Regional Medical Center's bonds
Moody's Investors Service assigned an "A2" rating to Salisbury, Md.-based Peninsula Regional Medical Center's $130.37 million of series 2015 healthcare revenue refunding bonds issued by the Maryland Health and Higher Educational Facilities Authority.
