The food services company Aramark Corp. will purchase Avendra and AmeriPride through two separate deals worth a total of $2.35 billion dollars.
Aramark will acquire Avendra, a hospitality procurement services provider, for $1.35 billion and AmeriPride, a uniform and linen supplier, for $1 billion.
The acquisitions mark the largest deals for Aramark since the company went public nearly four years ago, according to The Wall Street Journal.
Aramark expects the deals to close by the end of 2017.
