Meditech scored a B, or 83.1 out of 100, on overall performance.
The EHR vendor got high marks for its integrated platform across ambulatory care and acute care, intuitive workflows and user interfaces within its Expanse platform, as well as its affordability.
When it comes to weaknesses, the report noted there is lower adoption of modules that aren't core documentation or revenue cycle tools.Customers said they would like to see improved reporting and product optimization and would like additional guidance when it comes to implementing or training on the system.
Meditech also scored a C- in interoperability.
