- Meditech reported that its subscription-based Expanse Meditech-as-a-service platform gained nine new clients in the fourth quarter.
- Meditech partnered with interoperability and connectivity services provider MedAllies to integrate clinical direct messaging into its EHR system.
- Amberwell Health Hiawatha (Kan.) and Amberwell Highland Clinic went live with a Meditech Expanse EHR system on Nov. 1.
- Meditech told Becker's that going into 2023, the company will be focusing on "agility" and "innovation" as it looks to grow and compete in a crowded EHR market.
- Jonesboro, Ark.-based St. Bernards Healthcare went live with the Meditech Expanse EHR system, replacing Meditech's acute EHR and three disparate ambulatory systems across the four-hospital network.
- Leaders from EHR vendors Oracle Cerner and Meditech were named to the Electronic Health Record Association's executive committee for 2023.
