Kootenai Health, based in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, said it is experiencing an issue with its EHR system platform.
The issue is also preventing patients from accessing their information from the health system's MyChart app, according to an Oct. 23 news release from Kootenai.
Kootenai did not mention the reason behind the EHR issue but said it is working to resolve it.
