Chet Robson, DO, has been named CMO of MDisrupt, a platform that connects digital health companies with scientists to scale products.
Three things to know:
- Dr. Robson had served as a strategic adviser for MDisrupt since January, according to a Nov. 9 news release shared with Becker's. At MDisrupt, he will guide its digital health clients in commercializing digital health solutions and products, according to the release.
- In his previous role, Dr. Robson served as the chief clinical officer at Walgreens and the medical director of Walgreens Boots Alliance global COVID-19 pandemic response. Dr. Robson worked with HHS and the CDC on COVID-19 testing, vaccines and employee safety, according to the release. Dr. Robson left his role at Walgreens to join MDisrupt, a spokesperson for the company told Becker's.
- "I’m excited to lead MDisrupt’s new offering that will enable clinically crowdsourced data generation by engaging clinical early adopters in community medicine," Dr. Robson said. "The goal is to help digital health companies assess how their products work and perform in real-world settings that are truly representative of diverse populations and create value in healthcare through evidence-based practice."
