Salt Lake City-based Intermountain Health has tapped data management and provider matching company Kyruus for an expanded partnership that builds upon a previous collaboration between the company and Broomfield, Colo.-based SCL Health, which merged with Intermountain last year.
Through the partnership, Intermountain will use Kyruus' ProviderMatch solution and data management platform to expand online scheduling tools, according to an April 5 Kyruus news release.
"At its core, our strategy is built on making it easy for people to get the care they need, and that begins with serving them accurate data and an easy, transactable way to schedule care online," Intermountain Chief Digital and Information Officer Craig Richardville said in the release "Our expanded partnership with Kyruus also represents the impact that a centralized data foundation has across our organization, enabling us to reduce the amount of time spent on manual provider data management."
