Online prescription digital therapeutics company Pear Therapeutics has added three new board members, each with varied experiences in government, big tech and with industry giants, according to a June 15 press release.
Paul Mango was elected to the board, and previously served as deputy chief of staff for policy at HHS and was a senior partner at McKinsey.
Tim Wicks was also added to the board and most recently was executive vice president and CFO at Optum. He recently retired from his role at UnitedHealth.
Shiva Rajaraman was named to the board as a Class III director. He currently serves as vice president of product at OpenSea and has held positions at Meta, Google and Spotify.
