Private equity company CB Insights released its third annual list of the top companies using digital technology to transform healthcare on Dec 8. The top companies tackle a range of challenges in healthcare using digital methodology, from home health tech to workflow diagnostics.
The top companies were selected from a pool of over 11,000 organizations and measured for their growth potential, company business models and market momentum. Together, the group of 150 has raised $14.9 billion in aggregate funding since 2016. They represent the most promising, innovative digital health start-ups in the world.

- Unite Us (New York City) — $1.24 billion
- Vori Health (New York City) — $1.04 billion
- Cityblock Health (New York City) — $891 million
- Olive (Columbus, Ohio) — $859 million
- Hinge Health (San Francisco) — $854 million
- Commure (San Francisco) — $740 million
- Honor Technology (San Francisco) — $622 million
- Medable (Palo Alto, Calif.) — $534 million
- Syntegra (San Francisco) — $367 million
- Cedar (New York City) — $351 million
