Unauthorized network access at Kannact, a digital health company, led to a data breach affecting 103,547 individuals, SC Media reported June 25.
The data included names, birthdates, phone numbers, protected health information, Social Security numbers and driver's license numbers. The unauthorized breach happened in March 2023.
Kannact is offering affected users free credit monitoring and identity theft protection services, according to a notice of data breach posted on its website.
