Twenty-four hospitals received an "A+" or "A" ranking for cardiologists' experience, according to a 2024 Money Magazine ranking.
Money compiled and analyzed data from Denniston Data, Definitive Healthcare and the American College of Cardiology for all short-term, acute-care hospitals that received either a four- or five-star quality rating from CMS. Hospitals' grades were based on CMS data, a composite score of cardiologists or cardiac surgeons experience, and whether the hospital was affiliated with the American College of Cardiology and if it had received any awards or distinctions.
