The University of Pittsburgh Cancer Institute received a $27 million, five-year grant from the National Cancer Institute to expand cancer programs and research, according to a Pittsburgh Tribune-Review report.
The grant, which was renewed by the UPCI and UP Center Cancer Center, will fund programs for women's cancers and research to study the link between cancer and aging.
