Steven Rose, RN. President and CEO of Nanticoke Health Services (Seaford, Del.). Nanticoke Health Services is approximately 40 miles from Dover, Del. A Pennsylvania native, Mr. Rose joined the system in July 2008. Mr. Rose has more than 37 years of healthcare experience with previous roles in nursing and hospital administration. The American Hospital Association, in partnership with the Delaware Healthcare Association, awarded Mr. Rose the AHA Grassroots Champion Award in 2013, in recognition of exceptional leadership in community outreach.
