Joanne Urbanski, MSN, BSN. President and CEO of South Haven (Mich.) Health System. Ms. Urbanski has been president and CEO of South Haven Health for the past decade, before which she was COO of the hospital. The hospital is 40 miles west of Kalamazoo and less than 2 miles from the waters of Lake Michigan. In her current role, Ms. Urbanski oversaw fundraising for a new wellness and rehabilitation center and headed the establishment of the SHHS Foundation. Ms. Urbanski earned her master of science in nursing degree from Grand Valley State University in Allendale, Mich.
