Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital (Lincoln, Ill.). Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital is more than a century old, opening in 1902 as Deaconess Hospital. The hospital moved into a brand new facility in 2011 that includes an adjoining medical office building. Since moving into its new digs, ALMH has garnered several prestigious awards and recognitions. iVantage Health Analytics has named it to its Top 100 Critical Access Hospitals list twice, most recently in 2015, and the hospital was also named as a Most Wired hospital this year by the American Hospital Association's Health Forum and the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives. In December 2014, the hospital was awarded The Joint Commission's Gold Seal of Approval for Hospital Accreditation.
