David Carmouche, MD. Senior Vice President and President of Ochsner Health Network (New Orleans). In early 2016, Dr. Carmouche assumed the position of senior vice president and president of Ochsner Health Network, a clinically integrated network composed of health systems in the area and anchored by Ochsner Health System. Before joining OHN, Dr. Carmouche was executive vice president of external operations and CMO at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana. Board-certified in internal medicine and a specialist in clinical hypertension, he also spent 15 years practicing at Baton Rouge (La.) Clinic. Dr. Carmouche was Louisiana's first board-certified clinical lipidologist.
