The women's unit at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center — Women's and Infants Health Service — is led by Physician Leader Phillip Roland, MD, and Executive Director Laura Bailey, MSN, RN, and features three flagship programs including labor and delivery, gynecology, and comprehensive breast care. Results are driven by its advanced prenatal diagnosis and a 28-bassinet Level III neonatal intensive care unit. Additionally, the hospital's Women's Heart Program offers free education and access to cardiologists, dietitians and physiologists for any woman over 18. Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center earned the Women's Choice Award for America's Best Breast Centers in 2016 and 2017 as well as the America's Best Hospitals Obstetrics award in 2017.
