Abington (Pa.) Memorial Hospital. This 665-bed hospital, part of Philadelphia-based Jefferson Health, was established more than 100 years ago and now serves as a major regional referral center for many specialties, including cancer care. Providers at its Rosenfeld Cancer Center treat a dozen types of cancer, and the hospital is a Blue Distinction Center for Complex & Rare Cancers for six cancer types. The hospital received the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer's Outstanding Achievement Award this year.
