Ten states and Washington, D.C., have policies on paid sick leave, according to a Kaiser Family Foundation analysis.
The analysis, which uses data from the National Partnership for Women and Families, also shows that eight states and Washington, D.C., have policies on paid family leave. Fourteen states and Washington, D.C., offer paid time off policies, which may combine vacation, sick time and personal time.
