Employers in the healthcare business are the best companies to work for in 11 states, according to an analysis by Zippia, a career search and employment services company.
To determine the best company to work for in each state, Zippia matched what employers provide and what employees seek. More matches resulted in better rankings for companies.
Each company was ranked on scores for salary/pay, company's financial health and diversity. The three rankings for the characteristics were then averaged into an overall company score. Zippia also compared the same job titles among companies to determine how companies fared.
