Plumas District Hospital in Quincy, Calif., is changing its employee retirement plan for the first time in 40 years, according to a Plumas County News report.
The hospital is moving away from an individual annuity-based plan and will move to a group plan with a new advisor.
The changes will affect about 1,500 lives, considering the 350 participants and their families, according to the report.
