In a recent blog post, Brian Dishman of Select International emphasizes four reasons why having a consistent, standard hiring process is key to any talent aquisiton strategy.
By allowing different hiring managers to devise different hiring strategies, the results are not all going to be the same. Mr. Dishman offers the following four reasons that a standardized process leads to higher quality hires.
1. An inconsistent process leads to inconsistent results
2. There are no standards without a standardized process
3. Everyone is using the same measuring stick
