Walmart will launch next-day delivery services for its shoppers in three West Coast markets within the next few days, according to CNBC.
Next-day deliveries soon will begin in Phoenix, Las Vegas and Southern California, the retailer said. Walmart said it plans to expand the service into 40 of the top 50 major metropolitan areas.
Walmart didn't disclose how much the new service will cost.
Amazon announced plans to offer next-day delivery to Prime members in April but has not revealed when it will begin the service.
