Fisher-Titus Medical Center in Norwalk, Ohio, has appointed Sarah Matter diretor of materials management.
Ms. Matter has worked with Fisher-Titus Medical Center since 2008, most recently serving as assistant director of materials management. She has also served as a supply specialist and a supply chain analyst for the hospital.
