Cleveland-based University Hospitals is planning to build a new medical office building in Euclid, Ohio — adjacent to both its current building and Cleveland Clinic's Euclid Hospital, according to a Plain Dealer report.
Once the new medical office building is completed, University Hospitals plans to tear down its old building to make room for a parking lot, according to the report.
While some local officials expressed a desire for UH to sell the site to Cleveland Clinic so it could expand its Euclid Hospital, UH has no such plans and Cleveland Clinic has not made any such request, according to the report.
