A hearing on West Virginia University Hospitals' $248 million expansion plan, requested by Mon General Hospital in Morgantown, W.Va., has been set for June 12, according to a WDTV report.
After WVU Hospitals announced plans to build a 139-bed tower, Mon General Hospital filed as an affected party and questioned whether the addition is necessary.
The hearing will take place at the Charleston offices of the West Virginia Health Care Authority.
