Milwaukee-based Froedtert Health and the Medical College of Wisconsin announced a rebranding of their affiliated hospitals, health centers and services as Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin, effective immediately.
The new brand is intended to simplify facility names for consumers and reflect the academic-clinical partnership between the two organizations, the common standard of care across the health system and the goal of coordinated care, according to the news release. Froedtert Health's three Wisconsin hospitals will be rebranded as campuses of Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin:
• Community Memorial Hospital in Menomonee Falls will become Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin Community Memorial Hospital campus.
• St. Joseph's Hospital in West Bend will become Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin St. Joseph's Hospital campus.
• Froedtert Hospital will be branded Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin Froedtert Hospital campus.
Froedtert Health and MCW formed a joint clinical practice group called Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin Community Physicians July 1.
