Matt Moore. Vice President of Government Relations and Public Policy of Children's Health (Dallas). In January 2012, Mr. Moore joined Children's Health as vice president of government relations and public policy, a role in which he develops relationships and implements strategy with federal, state and local policymakers. Most recently, he worked with Texas Rep. Jodie Laubenberg and Sen. Van Taylor to pass House Bill 1878, which includes reimbursement of providers under Medicaid for school-based telehealth programs. He held a variety of positions before joining Children's Health, including north Texas director for Children at Risk — a nonprofit organization that works to better the lives of children through public policy, research and education — and government affairs director at Susan G. Komen for the Cure Advocacy Alliance.
