Fortune and people analytics firm Great Place to Work released their annual lists of the "Best Places to Work in Healthcare and Biopharma” on April 9.
Nearly 730,000 U.S. employees responded to a survey about their organizations. To be eligible for Great Place to Work's Best Workplaces lists, companies with at least 10 full- and/or part-time employees had to survey their workers using the Great Place to Work flagship assessment, the Trust Index, and complete a culture brief outlining details of their organization’s programs and practices.
